The Harvard Energy Group (Harvard), based in Calgary, Alberta, includes Harvard Resources Inc. and Harvard Energy Partnership. Specializing in petroleum and natural gas exploration and production, Harvard's total output is approximately 7,500 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
Harvard Resources Inc. (HRI) was established in 2019 with the acquisition of Nova Star Resources Inc. Since then, HRI has completed acquisitions totalling approximately $450 million and currently produces 6,200 barrels of oil per day. Harvard Energy Partnership (HEP) was founded in 1982 with the acquisition of assets from Tenneco Oil of Canada Ltd. HEP currently produces around 1,300 barrels of oil equivalent per day, consisting of 650 barrels of oil and 3.9 million cubic feet of natural gas.
