Executive Leadership


Paul J. Hill, a graduate of Georgetown University and Richard Ivey School of Business, is the third generation to lead The Hill Companies. His leadership has diversified the company and created jobs in the province. He was vital in relocating Crown Life’s head office to Regina and serves as its Chairman. The Hill Companies operate in real estate, insurance, media, oil and gas, and manufacturing. Paul’s extensive network helps him seek unique business opportunities. He has served on numerous corporate and public policy boards, including The CD Howe Institute, The Fraser Institute, and The Business Council of Canada. He has established several scholarship programs and served on the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club board for over 22 years. Paul and his wife Carol are known for their philanthropic efforts, particularly in education for underprivileged youth. They founded the Mother Teresa Middle School, and the One Life Makes a Difference foundation. Paul has received numerous honours, including the Order of Canada, the Saskatchewan Order of Merit, and recognition from the Canadian Red Cross.

Mo Bundon is a results-oriented and customer-driven leader. For over 35 years, he has led a team that adapts to the ever-changing business landscape. His leadership, strategic direction, and judgment have been key to The Hill Companies' continued growth and prosperity.
Mo is deeply involved in the community. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Regents for Athol Murray College of Notre Dame and co-founded One Life Makes A Difference, a charity aiding Regina's inner-city students. He played a crucial role in establishing Mother Teresa Middle School and has held leadership roles with the University of Regina Board of Governors, University of Calgary West Campus Development Trust, Saskatchewan Red Cross Executive Cabinet, Regina Forum, Hill Advisory Board, and Leaders Council.
His contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, including the 2015 Regina Catholic Schools Director’s Award of Excellence, 2013 AFP Philanthropist of the Year, 2013 Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, 2010 Saskatchewan Order of Merit, 2010 University of Regina Distinguished Service Award, 2009 Canadian Red Cross Humanitarian Award, 2007 United Way of Regina President’s Award, 2005 Sask Sport Inc. President’s Citation Award, and the 2004 Athol Murray College of Notre Dame Medal of Honour.

Rosanne Hill Blaisdell is the President and CEO of Harvard Developments, a prominent full-service real estate firm with operations across Western Canada. She is the fourth generation of the Hill family to lead the enterprise, joining the company in 1997 after a successful career in commercial banking and investment management.
Rosanne manages the Corporate Head Office for The Hill Companies and directs the organization’s Canadian real estate operations, with portfolio holdings of over 10 million square feet. She has been instrumental in key development projects, such as the assembly and construction of Hill Centre Tower III and Agriculture Place in downtown Regina and the transformation of 201 Portage in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Currently, she is leading the development of several mixed-use and transit-oriented projects across Western Canada.
Rosanne earned an MBA from the University of Manitoba and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Her extensive involvement in the business community includes current membership on the Business Council of Canada and past roles on the Business Advisory Board for SaskPower, Economic Development Regina (EDR)and the Regina Exhibition Association. She has served as a Temple REIT trustee and on the Board of Governors at St. Mary’s University College. She also co-chaired the City of Regina’s Centennial Anniversary Celebration.
Rosanne actively participates in numerous professional organizations such as NAIOP (the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), Urban Land Institute, the Associates of the Asper School of Business, Leaders Council of the University of Regina (Hill / Levene Schools of Business), International Women’s Forum, Young Presidents’ Organization, Harvard Executive Business School, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

As President and CEO of the Diversified group of HillCompanies, Matthew Hill is responsible for a portfolio of businesses,including; Western Surety (Surety Bonding) (Chairman), Harvard Media (Radio andDigital Media) (Chairman and President), Harvard Integrations ManufacturingUSA) (Chairman), Harvard Energy (Oil & Gas and Investments),Harvard Investments (Real Estate USA), and Harvard Western Insurance(General Insurance) (Chairman), and Harvard Private Equity (Director).
Matthew holds an undergraduate degree from Boston College,an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a Certification of International GlobalFinance from the University of Oxford in Oxford, England.
Matthew is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization),YPO Gold, in both Saskatchewan and Alberta. Matthew also sits on the Harvard Executive Committee and the boards of Athol Murray College of Notre Dame, St. Mary's University, and The Father Murray Foundation.

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and more than two decades of progressive leadership with Harvard, Tina provides strategic collaboration, governance oversight, risk management, and operational leadership to the Hill Companies’ diverse interests in real estate, broadcasting, manufacturing, and insurance sectors. She also leads all mergers and acquisitions for the various businesses.
In 2004, she was appointed Vice President, Investments with Harvard Developments Corp. In 2021, she was named Managing Director of The Hill Companies Diversified Holdings, becoming the newest member of the Hill Companies Executive Committee, and in 2022 was appointed Chief Operating Officer, Harvard Diversified Holdings.
Tina is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and holds the Institute of Corporate Directors’ Designation (ICD.D).
Tina currently serves on the Board of Directors of Economic Development Regina (EDR), The Globe Theatre, SaskEnergy, Harvard Western Insurance, and One Life Makes a Difference Foundation.

As President of Harvard Investments, Craig actively oversees the acquisition, development and sale of the company’s real estate holdings in Arizona, Texas, Colorado and Utah. Harvard’s products range from exclusive golf course communities to single-family production housing projects. Harvard’s expertise includes a thorough approach to conceptualizing, designing, creating and developing each individual community with specific attention to the surrounding area's needs and with respect for the environment. Over the years, Mr. Krumwiede has developed solid working relationships with other developers, landowners, partners, home builders, engineers, brokers, national banks and lending institutions, politicians and lawyers.
Talking Rock Ranch, a 3,600-acre private, master-planned golf course community located in Prescott, Arizona, and a Harvard signature development, has received numerous accolades, including being recognized as the Detached Residential Project of the Year in 2008. Golf Digest and Golf Weekly consistently rank it among the top 25 courses in Arizona.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University. After graduation, he joined Deloitte & Touche as a tax specialist. Craig is a board member and Past President of the ASU Council for Design Excellence and a member of the Dean’s Council of 100 for the W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU. He was involved in the inception of the Masters in Real Estate Development program at ASU and is a current member of the Real Estate Advisory Board, where he mentors many of those students.
He is a Respondent to the Federal Reserve Beige Book. Craig is also a founding member of Social Venture Partners Arizona, which funds and provides expertise to innovative non-profit organizations and creates educated philanthropists.

Dave Pettigrew joined Harvard in May 2009 as the General Manager of Harvard Western Insurance and was named President and CEO of the company in January 2012. Dave brings extensive experience in leadership, management, and business strategy from his successful 20-year career with IBM to the organization.
After five successful years leading Harvard Western Insurance, Dave joined the senior management team of Harvard Developments in 2014. Today, Dave is responsible for formulating strategic plans for future growth, overseeing Information Technology and community relations, and working alongside his colleagues to develop plans to meet future needs.
Prior to joining Harvard, Dave worked in a variety of management, sales, and technical roles. Dave is a proven community leader and recently completed the role of Chair of the 101st Grey Cup Festival Committee. He has also played key leadership roles on the Boards of SaskSport, Mackenzie Art Gallery, the 2010 World Junior Hockey Championships, United Way of Regina, and other non-profit organizations.
Dave graduated from the University of Saskatchewan and received his Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation in 2010.

As Harvard Integrations’ President and Chief Executive Officer, Adam Aasen brings over 15 years of acute production management and logistics experience in manufacturing and engineering. In his current role, Mr. Aasen oversees all manufacturing/business operations and ensures the company’s commitment to product quality, innovation, and safety is being achieved. He is also responsible for charting the company's strategic operations and has played a key role in expanding Harvard Integrations into new markets across the globe.
Mr. Aasen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. In 2016, he obtained his Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), a testament to his keen ability to analyze and solve complex problems in quality improvement projects.

Greg joined Western Surety in 2010 as a Surety Trainee, and over the years has progressed through various roles. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President in January 2023, Vice President in October 2023, and Senior Vice President in May 2024. On January 1, 2025, Greg was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer.
Greg graduated from Queen’s University in 2001 and has completed the Investment Funds in Canada, Canadian Insurance and Life License Qualification Program courses. Greg received the Associateship of Canadian Surety Bonding (ACSB) designation from the University of Toronto and Surety Association of Canada in 2012 and completed his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 2015, currently recognized as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
